Femirides.com – Provides women driven bike, Auto and cabs services operated by Tnetlive Software Solutions (OPC) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Company's Act.

We request you to please go through the below listed terms and conditions carefully before making any booking. It is critical and important information regarding your rights and obligations. By making a booking with Femirides Mobile App, you agree to be legally bounded by these terms and Conditions, which can be modified and posted on the website from time to time.

By accepting these Terms and conditions, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, its licensors, and each of their officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation or breach of any term of these User Terms or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; or (b) your use or misuse of the Application or Website.

Our femirides services are currently available only in Vishakhapatnam. We urge you to make bookings at least 2 (Two) hours in advance for early acceptance and confirmations. Booking confirmation would be depending on availability of bikes, auto and cabs.

The company reserves the right to cancel a booking confirmation anytime unilaterally for reasons beyond control of company. The company shall not be liable for any damage either material or otherwise that might have been caused to customers in any such occasion.

The company will not be liable for any damage which may have occurred due to accidents during the duty of our drivers. However, the company ensures adequate due diligence in its recruitment and training process.

Any cancellation of confirmed booking by the customer has to be made through mobile app before rider reach to your location, once reach location cancellation charges would be applicable. If Vehicle has moved from the garage/ other location, customer would be liable to pay for the actual run KMs or cancellation Fee of INR 100, whichever is higher.

Rates quoted on the Mobile App are subjected to change without any prior intimation and are only indicative in nature. The customer shall pay the trip fare (as displayed on the app or as informed by the call center), parking charges, toll charges, additional night surcharge (where applicable) and GST payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the cab services.

In the case of using our bike, auto and cab service, customers would be required to pay trip charges as per the billing rates. The Trip charges shall be updated or amended from time to time and it shall be your responsibility to remain informed about the current trip charges for the cab services. At the end of the trip, we will provide you invoice copy on your registered e-mail account with the Company.

The company encourages you to take full responsibility of your items. In case of lost items inside the Cabs during the journey, the company will try to locate the items in the best possible way but will not be responsible for the same in case of any loss or damage to the same.

The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the services offered by Femirides is at the sole risk of the Customer and that womencabs.com disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Without prejudice to the above, Femirides makes no representation or warranty that:
• The service will meet your requirements.
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Femirides is hereby authorized to use the location-based information provided by any of the telecommunication companies when the Customer uses the mobile phone to make a cab booking. The location-based information will be used only to facilitate and improve the probability of locating a taxi for the Customer.

The courts of Vishakhapatnam, India shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by Femirides or the agreement or arrangement between Femirides and the Customer.

Femirides shall be entitled to add to, vary or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment are incorporated into these terms and conditions at our website www.femirides.com or on the date that Femirides may indicate that such addition, variation or amendment is to come into effect.

All calls made to our call center are recorded by us for quality and training purposes.

All vehicles registered with Femirides are continuously tracked using GPS for security reasons only.

Femirides does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mails sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. femirides.com will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Solicitation:

Please do not solicit our drivers for your personal services. All our drivers are under a contractual agreement with the Company not to accept a permanent or temporary engagement with a customer without the consent of the Company. If you encourage our driver to breach their agreement with the Company, you will be liable to pay the Company damages in the amount of INR 10,000 and shall also put in jeopardy the employment of the drivers.
