Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please do so through our mobile app before the rider reaches your location. Cancellations made after the rider has reached your location will incur cancellation charges.
- Before the rider reaches your location: No cancellation fee.
- After the rider reaches your location: INR 100 or actual run KMs charge, whichever is higher.
2. Cancellation by FemiRides
FemiRides reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and no cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If you cancel a booking before the rider reaches your location, no charges will be applied and no refund is necessary.
- If a cancellation fee has been charged due to cancellation after the rider reaches your location, the fee is non-refundable.
- In the event of any overcharge or billing error, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and process any valid refund claims within 7-10 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@femirides.com with the details of your booking and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
5. Changes to the Policy
FemiRides reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will take effect immediately upon posting.
